An evening with Andrew Morton
The Classical aspects that we are most familiar with (conjunction 0°, sextile 60°, square 90°, trine 120°and opposition 180°), are themselves derived from the ability to fairly straightforwardly measure the angular relationships between visible planets and points in the heavens through often rudimentary astronomical techniques, such that our ancestors employed.
As the outer planets and other bodies in our solar system become an increasingly integral part of modern-day astrological interpretation, and as we ourselves move further beyond the fundamental principles of “seeing is believing”, it would make some sense to open the horoscope, and indeed ourselves, to an extended exploration of the angular relationships contained within, to go beyond that rationale of our naked eyes.
Andrew Morton is an Astrologer from the United Kingdom.
Andrew is a former Vice-President of the internationally renowned ‘Astrological Lodge of London’ and has presented and taught on a number of differing subjects in the UK, Europe, and in North America; including various classes, workshops, seminars and lectures on both Astrological & closely related Astronomical topics and techniques
Andrew is also the founding organiser of the Astrological Lodge of London's "Astrology and Healing" Seminar, an annual event initiated in 2005.
